I'm on the downward slope. Like. I did it. No cheats this time. My last W30, I continued to use egg white protein powder. I am a bodybuilder, after all. I have a full container of the stuff I haven't touched. I haven't had any nuts aside from the cashew flour the paleo cooking lady made at the cooking class I attended, and I haven't had any...and I mean ANY sweeteners. I miss stevia in my coffee, but that's about it.
I have become fond of fruit. I actually bought and sliced up a pineapple yesterday. It was still green, so I think that means it isn't ripe. It's not sweet at all. Kind of tastes like a sponge.
I also recently discovered that I like watermelon. I allow myself 100g servings. That's all it takes to make me gassy and full for the next four hours. I think watermelon and I don't get along.
What have I put into my mouth lately? A whole lot of delicious.
I know poultry isn't the best fat source, but when the grocery store has turkey on sale 1.49/lb of 93% lean, you're gonna buy it. I am anyway. I'm broke.
I have to be honest, I weighed myself. I don't care what the scale says because I don't have much to lose anyway. Just keeping track of where I am. I thought eliminating nuts would take some weight down. Guess not. I'm okay with that.
I have my post W30 treat planned out.
They're called "Really Goods Raw Fruit and Nut Thing" Seriously. That's the name. They aren't W30 compliant because they have coconut nectar. I live in Nebraska and they aren't sold here. They are, however, sold in ONE store in Iowa. My boyfriend happens to be there, and he bought me TWO of them. He's a keeper.
